CCFS Honors Farm to Table Chef

\"\"Carroll County Food Sunday presented a plaque to Melissa Fordham, co-owner and chef at Blue Bistro & Catering in Westminster, on February 29 for her support of the August 2019 Farm to Table fundraising breakfast.
Fordam has prepared the breakfast since its inception in 2015.  The Farm to Table Breakfast features farm-fresh ingredients harvested at the height of the local growing season.  This year\’s event is scheduled for Saturday, August 15 at John Street Quarters in Westminster.
