CCFS is honored to have received a Carroll County Public School Partnership Award. The award was presented at their 2nd annual awards reception held on April 27th at the Best Western Hotel. CCFS was nominated for the award by Debra Benner, Principal of Runnymede Elementary School for our partnership with their school, staff and students.
