To protect the health and safety of volunteers, patrons and donors, normal distribution of food at our three locations is temporarily suspended. CCFS continues to serve clients on Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, located at 21 Carroll St.

Food donations are being accepted at Grace Lutheran Church on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We will update the CCFS web site and Facebook page when food donations can again be made at the three CCFS locations. Monetary donations can be made to Carroll County Food Sunday using the orange donate button at the top of this web page. Funds will be used to purchase food from the Maryland Food Bank and other sources

Carroll County Food Sunday will reopen as soon as it is safely possible with a full complement of food available - meat, eggs, milk vouchers, farmers market vouchers, and non-perishable food.


Carroll County Food Sunday is working with Grace Lutheran Church in Westminster to provide an emergency supplemental food pantry.

Food will be distributed on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the parking lot at Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll St. in Westminster.

Donations of non-perishable, shelf-stable food will be accepted at the same location on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. .

Carroll County Food Sunday (CCFS) is a 501c3 non-profit organization of volunteers and members of the community coming together as neighbors helping neighbors by supporting Carroll County residents in meeting their emergency and supplemental food needs.

Our program aims to sustain health, good nutrition and energy, raise human potential and do so in a manner that enhances human dignity.
